Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment Terms
1.1 All sessions and treatments must either be paid for in advance, or by cash or cheque on the day.
1.2 Sessions and treatments need to be completed within 90-days of purchase, or they will be forfeited.
2. Prices & Locations
2.1 Prices are in-clinic price. I am happy travel further, but there will be an additional charge.
2.2 All Therapies and Massage prices are 'in-clinic' attendance prices. Home Visits are available upon request but there will be an additional charge.
2.3. Please be aware an initial consultation process needs to take place prior to sessions commencing, to assess suitability for treatment/training.
2.4. I reserve the right to decline treatment/training at any point. Suitable renumeration will be made, in accordance with the circumstances.
3. Cancellations
3.1 If, for any reason I need to cancel your appointment within 24-hours, your next regularly scheduled session will be provided free of charge.
3.2 In return, I require 24-hours cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full session rate.
4. Refunds
4.1 If you are unable to continue your scheduled sessions due to medical reasons, then, at my discretion a refund may be available for the remaining sessions.
4.2 If on the
day of a pedicure or massage session you attend with any of the conditions outlined
on the Cautions page, or any of the conditions are
reasonably suspected by the therapist, treatment will be refused, and a
refund will not be given.
4.3 Subject to clause 6.1 refunds are not provided under any other circumstances.
5. Late Arrivals & Non-attendance
5.1 If I am more than 15 minutes late for your session, you will receive one
free session, arranged at a mutually convenient time for both parties.
5.2
If you are late for your session, your session length will be deducted
accordingly, and you will be charged the full session.
5.3 If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session may be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full session.
5.4 Failure to attend a booked session will result in you being charged the full session rate.
6. Cancellations
6.1 If you wish to cancel within 7 days of the purchase of any sessions a full refund (less the costs incurred in making the refund) will be made.
7. Privacy
7.1 I am committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the
information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1998) and GDPR.
7.2 I may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

8. Session Information
8.1
Should your health status or medical condition change in any way during
the course of your sessions, you must inform your therapist immediately.
8.2 Should you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury, during any of your sessions, please inform your therapist immediately, who will ensure appropriate action is taken.
8.3
Prior to, or during, the course of your session, health concerns may
arise that may require further input from your doctor, physiotherapist,
or other allied health professional. I may request your assistance in obtaining that information.
8.4 Please be aware that I cannot diagnose and/or prescribe treatment for any form of injury, disease, or other medical problem.
9 Applicable Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
10.3 If you breach these Terms and Conditions and I ignore this, I will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
10.4 I shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
10.5 A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
